BIHARIs AS MUCH ASPIRATIONAL AS PEOPLE ELSEWHERE: CASTE ANALYSIS IS OVER-SIMPLIFICATION

The Rashtriya Janata Dal always invokes the Muslim-Yadav factor in elections in Bihar Every time
